Where are you located?
We are located in the beautiful Jacksonville, FL area and provide services to many of its surrounding areas.
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits are nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend your cruise, please notify us within 24 hours of your cruise time to reschedule. Notices received less than 24 hours of your cruise time will not be rescheduled.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple methods of payment CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay and cash.

Note: Cash is only accepted after the initial deposit has been paid using an electronic form of payment Credit Cards are only accepted when booking jet skis or cruises with jet skis.
Are deposits for cruises deducted from the overall cost?
Yes, the nonrefundable deposit is deducted from the overall cost of your cruise to hold your date and time. The remaining balance is due the Monday prior to your cruise.

Is there a covering for shade on the boat?
Yes, there is a Bimini top on the boat for shading, however, the boat deck is not enclosed.
How many guests are allowed per cruise?
The number of paying passengers per cruise is regulated by the United States Coast Guard. To remain in compliance and safe we allow 6 guests per cruise.

Note: You may add 2 additional guests when you book cruises with jet skis at an additional cost of $200 per person.
Can you bring alcohol?
Yes, you can bring alcohol. Alcoholic beverages must be in a bottle, can, or cup with a lid. Non-alcoholic beverages are provided by Cheapskate Adventures.

Note: LED cups are provided to all passengers on the Night Cruise.
Can you bring food?
Yes, you can bring any food of your choice on your cruise.
NOTE: Snacks are provided by Cheapskate Adventures.
What is your policy for damaged jet skis?
Damages and fees are paid at the expense of the operator using the credit card or debit card on file.
Can you smoke/vape on the boat?
No, we do not allow smoking or vaping aboard the boat. You may disembark the boat to smoke and/or vape once we reach your destination.
Can we customize cruise rates and routes?
No, the price for each cruise are a flat rate set by the operating expenses to operate the boat.

Are cruises private?
Yes, cruises are private events of 6 hosted by our guests.
What are the requirements to operate a jet ski?
A person must be at least 14 years of age to operate a PWC in Florida. Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 is required to either have successfully completed a National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) approved boating education course or have passed a course equivalency or temporary certificate examination. Additionally, they must have in their possession a boating education ID card and a photo ID card when operating a vessel with a motor of ten horsepower or more in Florida.
