Where are you located?
We are located in the beautiful Jacksonville, FL area and provide services to many of its surrounding areas.
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits are nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend your cruise, please notify us within 24 hours of your cruise time to reschedule. Notices received less than 24 hours of your cruise time will not be refunded.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple methods of payment Credit Card, Zelle and Apple Pay.
Are deposits for cruises deducted from the overall cost?
Yes, the nonrefundable deposit is deducted from the overall cost of your cruise to hold your date and time. The remaining balance is due the Monday prior to your cruise.
Is there a covering for shade on the boat?
Yes, there is a Bimini top on the boat for shading, however, the boat deck is not enclosed.
How many guests are allowed per cruise?
The number of paying passengers per cruise is regulated by the United States Coast Guard. To remain in compliance and safe we allow 6 guests per cruise.
Can you bring alcohol?
Yes, you can bring alcohol. Alcoholic beverages must be in a bottle, can, or cup with a lid.
Can you bring food?
Yes, you can bring any food of your choice on your cruise.
Can you smoke/vape on the boat?
Yes, please pre roll ahead of time so you aren't crying that your stuff is blowing all over or you lose it.
